I grew up in South Bend. I have been active as, a stakeholder of proprty and projects here. Pete and i both moved back to South Bend in the early part of 2012. We met with in a mater of months. He was not dating Chasten yet. In 2016 i talked with him about a comprehensive business plan i had written for a historical building here. I had been to Pete and Chasten’s homd several times. He is a person of his word.. he cares deeply about humanity and th we environment and is extremely intelligent. He is very down to earth when talking with him. They are beautiful people, inside and out.

I am so impressed with him, his command of a room through his intelligent dialogue, and his unique insights on how we should move forward from here.
